Gromit and Moxie have been great therapy for their family. Partly mental, as they are good for the soul, and partly physical, because their family gets plenty of exercise trying to keep up with their antics. They are rescue dogs, and have inspired their daddy to volunteer! Great job!!

Despite the abuse inflicted on Haze, she is a wonderfully sweet, loving, happy-go-lucky girl who just wants to smile, snuggle, and play ALL the time. She just trots up to every human with her tail wagging like a helicopter rotor, and a smile from ear stump to ear stump!

Godiva was owned by people in a difficult neighborhood, who couldn't care for her, and were going to euthanize her at 10 weeks of age, rather than see her become a fighting dog. A wonderful couple adopted her and she lives the good life now! What a beauty!

Jack came to us, sick, depressed, underweight. We nursed him back to health, gave him a safe, happy home. In return he loved us, protected us and made us laugh. Jack passed away this year from epilepsy. What a beautiful bully you were.

Pepper was one of the most loving dogs we ever had. She never met any living thing that she didn't
think was her best friend. She especially loved children and liked them best if they were just
kissing height. She was a mischievous, high energy clown and we loved her dearly.

Harmony had an incredibly inner beauty and sweet personality despite her sad experiences before being rescued. MPR did everything possible to make her last years 'happy' ones. Her body simply wore out. It is with sadness that we now hold Harmony's love in our hearts.

A big, goofy, laid-back couch potato best describes Franky. Franky's old, tired body simply wore out. It is with sadness that we now hold Franky's love in our hearts.
