This precious little princess was found roaming on her own in a bad part of town. She was very sweet to her rescuer and hop right in her car with relief. She is a sensitive dog so her ordeal in the streets must have been very scary for her. She is now safe in foster care and doing wonderful. She will do better with someone who is looking for a very affectionate dog and has a lot of love to give. Her adorable personality is simply irresistible. BB gets along great with other dogs and is also very good with cats. She is fully housebroken, crate trained and has great house manners. Blueberry is very responsive and well behaved. She knows a few commands and is quite obedient. This sweetheart is no trouble at all, and as if her sweet nature and eagerness to please was not enough, she is a true beauty. Blueberry Sits | Cute Blueberry | Sweet Face | Another Sweet Face This one really is a gem and we have no doubt she will make someone a wonderful companion. We prefer a home without small children for Blueberry since she is a little sensitive. We are working on socialization with her and she is making great progress. Every time she meets someone she tries to crawl on their lap and snuggle as close as she can. She is absolutely adorable. "Please love me...." Blueberry tested positive for heartworms. It is a low positive that will not have any long term effects on her health once treated. We want to save her life but will need help with the cost of her treatment ($200.00). Even if you cant adopt, you can still make a difference in the life of those dogs. Blueberry would love to have a sponsor for her HW treatment. UPDATE 05/20/04: Thanks to generous donations, Blueberry will be treated for Heartworms ASAP and should be ready for adoption soon. UPDATE 06/10/04: Blueberry has been treated for Heartworms and is now going through the 6 weeks recovery period. She is doing wonderful and the treatment wa a success. She is now ready for adoption and very eager to give her heart to a lucky family.
