Though I can not see with my eyes because I'm blind, I can see fantastically with my heart. Because of my amazing sight through my heart I am able to see that I will no longer be neglected and from here on out I am loved deeply by those that meet me. Yes, so I am an older fellow, though still full of life... I know how to appreciate a soft, loving touch and a warm bed. I sure am as easy to please as can be. I don't ask for much. I can't run too fast or climb fences but I walk well on leash and love car rides! I am housebroken. I promise to love you unconditionally for the rest of my life. What more could you ask for in a dog? Will you open your heart and home for me???
Bones was dropped off to be put to sleep at a local animal shelter by his family that had him from birth. Why? We don't know for sure but it was obvious that he had been neglected as he was in an emaciated state and had mange. The AC there could see what a gem Bones was and contacted a rescuer. His rescuer had him fully vetted, neutered and treated for mange. He's now healthy and looking for his forever home.
He is fostered in a home with 4 other dogs where he is learning how to
greet other dogs. He is housetrained and sleeps in his doggie bed on the floor. Bones is outgoing, silly, cuddly, well behaved and so very eager to please. He can be playful but most of the time he prefers being a couch potato where he can hang out or snuggle with his loved one. He also loves chewing his nylabones. Precious FaceThe best thing about Bones is his trusting personality and the ton of kisses he likes to bestow on his loved ones.
