Cocoa was a brave mama dog who courageously took care of a litter of 9 puppies at the shelter until a foster home opened up for the little family. Once all of her puppies were weaned they each found families of their own. Now it's Cocoa's turn to find her special family. Please open your heart and home to her.

Foster Situation: Cocoa is a beautiful light chocolate/lilac female, friendly, outgoing and energetic. Cocoa is housebroken and is doing very well in her foster home. Cocoa does live with two cats but has no real interest in them. She is currently in a home with a privacy fence and loves to run off her energy. Cocoa loves to go for car rides and does very well in the car. She loves to sit in the front seat and look out the window at the world around her.

Cocoa is a friendly dog with an outgoing personality. She will shower you with kisses if you let her. She would do better as an only pet but could live with a friendly male if introduced properly and well supervised.

Training: Cocoa is crate trained and does very well in her crate. She knows how to sit, lay down, and high five, which she does very well with some treat encouragement.

Personality: Cocoa is very puppy-like and full of energy. Once Cocoa has had time to burn off some of her energy she wants nothing more to do then to cuddle and give plenty of pittie kisses. Cocoa loves her toy "babies" and loves to carry them all around the house. She loves to play fetch with you and she does very well with bringing back whatever you threw for her to get. Cocoa loves to play in the yard and loves to run.

Cocoa has the most beautiful eyes that will just lure you in and melt your heart. Cocoa is absolutely gorgeous and has a beautiful coat and markings.
