Fly Girl gets along with other dogs, though she is quite playful. Her exuberance can overwhelm calmer dogs so their interaction should be supervised. She is responsive and eager to please but at the same she is still very much a puppy who burst with joy for life.
If you are looking for loveable companion full of personality and playfulness, please consider this adorable girl. She will never miss an opportunity to bring a smile in your face.
UPDATE: Fly Girl has a cruciated Ligament and needs a foster home ASAP so we can do the surgery. We also need to raise funds for her vet care (About $800.00) but we can't attempt to repair her leg unless we find her a place to go during her convalescence. We are looking for long term fostering for this girl - Fly Girl is in pain and the situation is URGENT. She will have to be euthanized if we can't find a place for her to go ASAP.
2/5/06: GREAT NEWS!!! FlyGirl has found a foster home. Thank you Charity for stepping forward to help FlyGirl. For those wanting to help also, we are still in need of funding for her surgery.
2/25/06: YEAH!!!! Thanks to the great generosity of wonderful people, we will be able to fix Fly's Girl's leg and give her the chance to live her life happy and without any pain. Please check back on her page to follow her progress. A BIG thank you to all our donators.
3/23/06 Post Surgery Update: Her surgery was last Friday and she is doing pretty well. Her staples will be removed sometime next week. She is able to put her leg down and touch toes to the ground, but is not putting weight on it at this time. She is not able to go up and down steps yet, so has to be carried. She is getting her energy back and is not in as much pain as she was earlier in the week.
She has to be kept quite for another 2 weeks and then should be pretty much back to normal.
She did take one little trip to CK this week with Charity to get a pain shot but other than that she has been dealing well with the pain.
April 2006: Fly Girl is back on her feet and doing great!!!
4/05/06 Another Post Surgery Update:
Thanks again to everyone who provided financial support! There's no way we could've done this without you. Fly Girl and MPR thanks you!

The first few pictures below are shortly following her surgery when she still had her staples and had
to be crated most of the time
so the healing process could take place.
The last few pictures were taken more recently. Fly Girl has had her staples removed and is walking and running on all legs now. Her incision is healing wonderfully and she is almost back to her old self.

Will you love me forever?
