Story: Pulled from KCAC with 4 siblings and Mom. Pups were about 4 weeks old and still nursing.
Foster Situation: Pups are being transferred to various foster homes this week. Will update this info soon.
Training: Iris is growing into her personality and is learning appropriate behavior responses with and from her siblings. She is submissive when the situation calls for and is corrected easily by her siblings. Potty training is slow due to her being such a young puppy but is currently being paper trained. I have noticed that when she is outside she will remove herself from the play area to relieve herself then enthusiastically go back to playing with the others.
Too Cute | "Please Adopt Me"
Personality: Iris is pretty smart! She is quick to figure things out, even at such a young age. She ran out of water in her bowl so I pulled out a bottle of water to refill it. After setting down the bottle she got her drink and ran off, several minutes later she came back to the source of the water (the water bottle) before going to her bowl. Even at such a young age she is able to remember some things after several minutes have gone by. She is also very playful and can definitely hold her own against her big brothers. She plays mostly with her sister Athena but can also entertain herself. Her antics are outright hilarious as she gets bursts of energy and takes off running for, seemingly, no reason.
Best Attribute: Iris' best quality is her facial expressions. She is already turning her head to the side in wonder. This puppy is totally cute and because she is so young she is very impressionable and can be worked into almost any home.
