This poor girl was abandoned by an uncaring owner unfit to own a dog. Joy has since learned what the good life is all about in a foster home and is loving it! If Joy was a celebrity, she'd be Debra Messing Joy loves to meet new people. She is very outgoing and friendly. This happy girl likes to put her whole little heart into everything she does. She does great with positive leadership. She is very much a clown and a talker ;-) If she's ever feeling left out she chirps the silliest little whine I've ever heard. When she's happy she has a little howl she does. I've never heard a dog "speak" the way Joy does. It's as if she really is trying to talk to us and it's always obvious what she's saying.
