Beautiful Libby! Libby is about 10 mo. old. She was found by Chain of Hope volunteers chained to a pole in the rain, with no food, no water, no shelter. She was thin and had a small area that was a mud pit to live in. Libby has been spayed, vaccinated, de-wormed and is up to date on her monthly Frontline and HW prevention. Libby goes to doggie daycare several days a week and does great with other dogs! She is a gorgeous buff color and has one of the sweetest personalities!
