| Story: Dan was brought to us by a nice couple who picked him up in the middle of the street. He had obviously been hit by a car and was seriously injured. We fell in love with him right away and decided to accept him into our program so we could give him the life he deserves

| Current situation: Currently kept in vet's office as little mascot. He shares the office with other dogs. Goes in a large wire crate only when needed. Likes to hang out on front porch and greets visitors.
Personality: Super friendly and very sweet. Dan is so adorable that he is changing a lot of people's mind about the breed. The whole staff at the vet clinic adores him.
Other Pets: So far he's been everybody's friend. Dan is still young and now is a great time for socialization.
Best Attribute: His big brown eyes and irresistible charm.

Amputated back leg. Dan had to have his back leg removed as it was badly broken. We believe he was hit by a car and his leg was shattered. He is now learning to function with 3 legs and is doing very good. He loves to go on walks. Because of his disability, he will not need a home with a large yard. He could do well in an apartment with daily walks. |

Adoption fee is minimum $125.00 to cover cost of spay/neuter and shots.
