Foster Situation: Moonbeam is living in a foster home with two adults and a 2 year old male Pit Bull. Foster parents are working on a slow introduction. We think that Moonbeam might prefer being an only pet.
Moonbeam goes on car rides and though she is scared at first, she is getting used to it now.
Foster mom has a sister and her 6 year old son lives with them. Moonbeam has grown very found of them. She really enjoys being around little kids.
Moonbeam is in the process of getting over kennel cough. Once she has she will be going on walks everyday. She pulls a bit on the leash but foster family is working on it. She sleeps in her crate at night. She is still not completely ok with it, but will some persuasion she goes in.

Personality: When we first got Moonbeam she was very shy and unsure of her surroundings. After a few days in her foster home she started to loosen up. Now she is really comfortable with her foster mom. She is still really reserved when it comes to new things. Scared but slowly she is coming to know that this world is not so scary. She seems to want to play just not entirely sure what and how to do it. Which I think makes her just that much more endearing. She is a very unique dog.

Training:
Moonbeam is house trained. Once she has gotten over her kennel cough her foster mom is going to work on basic training with her. She is still young but is really eager to learn and please.

Best Attribute: Moonbeam's personality separates her from all the rest. She seems shy at first but once you give her that chance to let her true colors show, you get to see who Moonbeam really is; A sweet loving goof in the making
