| Odyssey had surgery to repair entropions. She could barely see before her surgery and was in pain. We have received a very generous donation to cover the cost of surgery and Odyssey's eyes are healing nicely. We can only imagine how much relief she feels now that her eyes are normal. She sends all her thanks to her donors.
Odyssey has also received money to treat heartworm disease. She is currently going through treatment. Odyssey should be out of the woods 6 weeks after the treatment. Again, she sends a ton of kisses to her precious donors. She knows how incredibly lucky she is!
Sweetheart
Odyssey is very low key. She sleeps in her kennel at night and never whines or complains, all she wants is snuggles! She is happiest asleep on your feet or in your lap.
Sissy is outgoing in the aspect that she always has a big smile and a wagging tail, but she isn't obnoxious and jumping all over everyone. She's very cuddly and hasn't met a stranger. She LOVES to play with toys but I wouldn't call her high-energy either, she's a perfect balance! Oh and before I get to mention it, she will bring you your shoes. :) When she first started doing it, we thought she was trying to chew them but we were wrong. If she can find shoes anywhere in your house, she'll gently pick them up one at a time and drop them at your feet. SO CUTE!
Odyssey is just so darn cute. Her little wrinkled face just begs for pets and boy does she love them! She seems too happy to be out of the shelter and around people. I think she would fit right in with any family that has lots of love to spare, and she does seem to really enjoy kids.
