He is in a foster home with a playful female AB, 2 cats, and 2 kiddos 10 & 11, and 8 bearded dragons. He is very laid back kind of guy that goes with the flow. He walks great on a leash and does not pull. He is real slow right now still on a walk but still does not pull. He is very submissive and usually the last one in the pack :)
His personality is just now emerging and the puppiness has surely come out in him this last week. He is grabbing everything in sight like a shoe, water bottles, etc., but just brings them to his dog bed or you and just kinda mouths them but not a chewer.

He is house trained and never has accidents in his crate. He sleeps in a crate at night and is in one during the day while we are away.
He is a very quick learner and listens very well. We do have a large fenced in yard but when you are out with him he stays very close and when it is time to come in he comes right away. So a home without a fence could be a possibility. He knows sit, stay, come, lay down, shake and settle.

Oz is very submissive and listens to everything. He is very much more of a couch potato when inside and absolutely loves kids to pieces. I have younger neices that are just walking and when they fall he runs to them and helps them up. He allows kids to hug and tug all over him and does not flinch. He is not a licker or a jumper either! He prefers to come up to you and just lay his head on your lap. If he wants more attention he gently paws at you. It's hard to say no to those sweet soulful eyes.
He is very easy going and if you correct him he listens right away.
He is learning to sit and wait while his food bowl is on the floor until he is released.
He has recognized the cats but leaves them alone. He does however have this one specific whine/grunt when he sees the cats. It is a hoot! So he seems to have no prey drive but our cats are pretty antisocial & not lap cats either.
He seems to really have some protective traits over him. He is fine in the house when visitors come over and he greets them just fine. However, if someone knocks at the door and enters or approaches a gate when his family is around he becomes alert and gets to barking. He is just very vocal to let you know someone is around. He has done very well as we have construction on either side of us everyday. So he is use to them but if a new crew is around he sure lets us know.

He is such a cuddle bug and just loves to be around you. He listens like a champ and is so very eager to please. If you are looking for a silly puppy to follow you around and let you know when something strange is around and going on then this guy is for you!
