Story: Passion followed a dog-food delivery truck to a Vet Clinic in Kansas City. She was hungry, thirsty and exhausted but also very sweet and loving. The staff contacted us and after putting an urgent plea on the web site, a foster home was found just in time.
Foster Situation: Passion is now fostered in a home with a young boy, 2 dogs and a cat. We will update her bio as we get to know her better. We do know that she gets along great with the young male and loves the little boy. There is no fenced yard in Passion's foster home so she is learning to go on walks. After some barking and hissing, Passion and the cat are now on good terms, Passion doesn't pay much attention to her.
Passion and her foster brothers
Training: Passion has only had one accident in the house and that was the first day she came here. She does well in her crate, I don't have to coax her in ther anymore...a couple taps on the door and she goes right in. She's learning basic commands. She's also doing good in sitting before going through a doorway instead of barging ahead of me. She learns very quickly.
Personality: Passion is a sweetheart. She craves love and is very affectionate. She likes to play with her foster brothers (kid and dog) but settles right away when its time for quiet and cuddling. It took a while for her to be intersted in toys but now she goes nuts over squeaky toys :-)
Best Attribute: Not only is Passion very cute and sweet, but she is also a great size to fit any lifestyle. Passion smiles when she has visitors and has never met a stranger. She LOVES everybody and has plenty of kisses to give.
