Pearl was living the good life with her loving owner and her doggy brother (a Shepherd mix) and thought she had it made. Her world came crashing down when her beloved mom became ill and had to be hospitalized. Pearl was taken to a local boarding facility and waited patiently for her mom to get better so she could go back home.... Sadly, that day never came.... Her owner didn't get better and is was not able to take Pearl back. Pearl was abandoned at the boarding facility.

Pearl is about 11 months old, very fun-loving and playful young female. She looks serious in those pictures but in person she is quite the happy clown and she always has a big smile in her face. Pearl gets along with friendly male dogs when introduced properly. She is very friendly with people.
We think she would do well in a home with kids but might need a little bit of training.
Pearl is very outgoing and has a positive spirit full of love for life. This is a girl who can make the best lemonade out of any lemon life throws her way!
