Twice now Ricky has lost his home for the same reason; Naughty boy can climb fences. If it was not for that, Ricky would still be part of a family, being the great companion that he is.
"I lost my home... again... :-( "
His last two families had small children (including babies and toddlers) and Ricky was awesome with them. In both cases, the families had a fenced yard and wanted Ricky to spend a lot of time outside. When Ricky got bored, or when dogs next door barked at him, Ricky found a way over the fence.
Note that Ricky is currently fostered in a home with a fenced yard and has never tried to climb the fence. His foster mom doesn't leave him outside unsupervised though, and says she has no problem with him what so ever.

Ricky is good with other dogs with proper introduction and supervision. He lives with a male and a female Pit Bull right now and behaves well with them. He is very much a people-dog though.
Ricky also shares his home with 3 cats and he has no problem with them what so ever.
The best situation for Ricky would be a home with no fence but someone who can take him on walks. A cable run in the yard could be an option too, provided that Ricky is not left there unsupervised and is not visited by strange dogs that would come bother him.
Ricky is a well behaved and charming boy, calm but alert, patient and fun-loving, easy-going, as well as always ready for a good time with the family.
