Sad Savanna
When told she had 24 hours left, MPR was able to squeeze her in thanks to a new foster home. Savanna was going to be quarantined at the foster home to help her get over her kennel cough and then be moved to a boarding facility, but that didn't happen. The foster home just couldn't let her go! Even though she is living the"crate and rotate" life and now "re-adjusting" to the entire households daily routine she is super happy and so are the foster parents.
Sweet eyes
This dog does these happy wiggles from the neck down w/ a back leg sometimes coming off the floor in the process, her head kind of bobs up and down and her butt's doing something else completely, it's so funny!) Anyway, she's blossoming into an amazing dog.
Cute Girl
She's never whined in her kennel; unbelievable, nor had an accident. She's got energy, but isn't rambuctious. Only dangerous feature is her whip tail around the kids. She is well behaved, loves being the center of attention, playing w/ her stuffed pink crab. Walking her is cake, which is really nice when I also have the stroller. She only needs correction for pulling when she sees another dog, but doesn't go 'crazy' or bark/growl, but she's definitnely curious.
She has picked up sit easily (w/ hand signal) and will sit on signal. We're working on down and shake.
Once you meet this sweet gal you just can't get her off of your mind. She is very smart, easy to train, very receptive to commands and such a lover! She would prefer to live in a home as the only fur child, but may be able to make an exception to have a brother with a family that is experienced with the breed.
