Foster Situation: Shelby is fostered in a home with other dogs. She loves her foster brothers Harpo and Jeremiah! She follows them around and wrestles with them for hours! She is very puppy like and just wants to play! She is a little timid with new people at first, but gets over it in seconds. She LOVES to run and play in the fenced in yard and likes to chase toys of any kind. She wasn't used to the leash, but she is learning. She does well in the car and tends to want to sit on your lap! She sleeps in a crate at night and whines a little at first but then settles in.
Training: Shelby is learning very basic commands such as sit, wait, off, stay and kennel up. She is mostly housebroken but seems to be pretty young. She is catching on very quickly! She is also kennel trained. She doesn't like to go in her kennel because she would much rather be with her people!
Personality: Shelby is very silly and puppy-ish! She wants to play, play, play! She is learning what its like to be spoiled! She is very affectionate and would kiss you all day long if you would let her! She will follow her people around all day long and tends to be pretty curious about everything around her. She is very sweet and entertaining! She is a medium energy dog and would do best with lots of exercise.
Best Attribute: Shelby's best attribute is her puppy like attitude. She is very curious and full of energy! It tends to get her into trouble but also makes her VERY lovable! She is always up for whatever life throws at her! She turns everything into a game and has fun doing anything!
