Adorable Puppy Kismet Was Adopted!

This little guy is going to be one handsome fellow! Kismet's life started when he was born in the shelter...his strong mother, Sugar Pie, took excellent care of her new litter of 11 puppies even though their future looked quite bleak.....Luckily, on the day this whole litter was scheduled to die a volunteer noticed them in the shelter. She couldn't leave these tiny souls behind and we welcomed them into our program. Kismet is now safe in foster care with his sister Destiny. He has got the most expressive eyes. Kismet is a laid back and adoralbe soul. We are so thankful we were able to save this special boy in time.

A note from Kistmet's foster mom: "He has a great personality. He as well is completely crate trained and I can say is housebroken. He hasn't had an accident in the house for a week or so. He is a bit shy, but loosens up once he knows he has your complete attention. He plays great with my kids, my older female, and he doesn't pay attention to my cat. Kismet is very affectionate. He likes to snuggle. He is also very well mannered and has no issues with the "house rules". I am working with both of them on basic commands. Destiny is so full of energy that she seems to have selective hearing (like the kids) but she will sit. "STAY" is too hard to understand. She says "I sit you treat- what more do you want?" . Kismet will sit and stay for a short time- I just have to hide my treat, but once he sees the treat it's all over. Kismet is the "Pleaser" and Destiny is the "Show-Off"."
